The following information will assist in assuring that your event is a success. We look forward to serving you and your guests.
ROOM RESERVATIONS

All Events booked in rooms other than offices need to reserve through Kristi. Once the room is reserved, Food will be ordered through the Bon Appétit Catering office. No food from outside sources will be allowed.

Bon Appétit offers 2 types of catering services:
- Event Catering
- Delivery
Event Catering
Requests for meal service need to be made 7 business days prior to event.
Requests for Breaks and Snacks need to be made 3 business days prior to event.
Event catering will be provided for any meal of reception in a reserved room.
Receptions: Bon Appétit will provide 1 server for every 50 guests.
Buffet meals: Bon Appétit will provide 1 server for every 32 guests.
Plated meals: Bon Appétit will provide 1 server for every 24 guests.
All china, silverware, and linen will be provided.
Bon Appétit will clean up room after the event.
Delivery
Requests for meal service need to be made 7 business days prior to event.
Request for Breaks and Snacks need to be made 3 business days prior to event.
Delivery of meals and Snacks will arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to you event.
Bon Appétit will provide all linen, tableware and paper products.
Bon Appétit will clean up after each delivery.
If you chose to take leftover food, please do not take equipment or Serving pieces.
Guarantees
The guarantee is the number on which you will be charged unless you exceed your guaranteed number.
All catered events and café meals visits require a guarantee.
All guarantees must be finalized 5 business days for meals and 2 business for snacks.
Prices
Prices will be guaranteed for 30 days prior to your event. Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to all charges.
Any required rentals will be charged to the client. Additional labor may apply to some requests and will be charged to the client.
Cancellation
If cancellation is necessary, notification must be received 5 business days for meals and 2 business days for snacks.
If less notice is given, a service fee may assessed.
Express Service is also available for Campus Catering.
Requests for snacks to be picked up in the catering kitchen need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Box lunch and Snacks will be available for Express Service.
- No email request will be accepted for Express service.
- A discount of 10% will be given for items picked up for Express.
- Client must sign out and return all equipment and serving pieces.
- Express service will not be extended to clients that have not returned equipment.
- Damaged and lost equipment will be the responsibility of the client.
Requests can be made either by phone or email except for Express. Confirmation will be made on all requests. If no confirmation is received, it is the client’s responsibility to check on the status of their request. If requests are made in less than the 7 or 3 day time period, please note every effort will be made to accommodate your request. However, menu and service requests may be limited. When placing orders, please have date, start and end time, location, number of people attending, and account number available.
